Clock doesn't always stop for the ball out of play. This is discretionary however for both longer delays and actions very close to the end of either half. For example - The ball may go out of the court across the road the clock is stopped until it is back on the touchline ready to be kicked in, or a free kick or penalty is awarded with less than 30 seconds to go meaning more time is needed to allow the kick to be set up and executed fairly. Clock is stopped if a player is deemed by the referee to be time wasting
The keeper cannot pick up a deliberate back pass from a players foot(if it's a deflection or tackle with the feet this is not a back pass) any other part of the body, excluding the arms, can be picked up by the keeper
The team in possession can only pass back to their goalkeeper once. The ball must be touched by an opposition player or cross the halfway line before they can do it again. However, if the keeper leaves their area then they are considered an outfield player and can receive passes like any other player until they re enter
